Geoff is an accredited Marine Surveyor with AMSA. IEA can undertake initial plan approvals, initial survey inspections and periodic inspections on electrical systems onboard any commercial vessel.
Our AMSA accreditation covers initial and periodic certification of all voltages including:
- Extra low voltage (under 50 volts AC and 120 volts DC)
- Low voltage (between 50 – 1000 volts AC and 120 -1500 volts DC) and
- High Voltage (over 1000 volts AC and over 1500 volts DC)
We can also provide assistance and guidance with compliance requirements on existing vessels.
With many years of experience with marine installations, we can also provide hands on assistance with more technical issues on marine electrical installations. We cover a large range of vessels from Bulk Carriers, Super Yachts and workboats, down to small pleasure craft.
We can carry out repairs and installations to all electrical systems on any commercial or recreational vessels.
